Enhance your braking system's look and feel with Venhill's AS3 Performance brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your entire braking system. Each line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, the AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to adjust the banjo angle slightly, ensuring perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines aren't just about performance. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they offer a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1996 - 2003 Kawasaki ZX7R models and are set up for racing, with two separate lines running from the master cylinder to each caliper. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets to keep the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown in the pictures, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, 1500 - psi factory testing, DOT and TUV approval, included bolts and copper washers, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and the option for custom colors or orders upon request. Using these Venhill AS3 brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your Kawasaki ZX7R is parked on a flat surface and the engine is off. Remove the old brake lines carefully. Then, attach the new lines to the master cylinder and caliper. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and add the copper washers as provided. When it comes to maintenance, keep the lines clean by wiping them with a soft cloth. Check the lines regularly for any signs of damage, like cuts or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Also, remember that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but don't subject them to extreme pressure beyond what your braking system is designed for.
