Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and performance with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This feature allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. The smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts also give your bike a great visual upgrade compared to most OEM rubber hoses. These lines fit 2007 - 2012 Kawasaki ZX6R 636 (Non ABS) models and are set up in a race configuration with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets for line placement, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, and they come with bolts and copper washers as shown. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors or orders are available upon request. Photos are stock photos.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake lines from the master cylinder and caliper. When installing the new lines, use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Connect the lines securely and tighten the bolts and copper washers provided. Before using your bike, bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles and ensure proper function. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of damage, like cuts or leaks. You can clean the lines with a soft cloth and mild cleaner to keep the PVC finish looking good. Store the bike in a dry place to prevent rust on the stainless - steel parts. If you notice any issues with the brakes, such as reduced responsiveness, have the system checked by a professional right away.
