Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is the 1995 - 1999 Kawasaki ZX6R (Non ABS). For the setup, it's a race setup with 2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. When installing, use the bolts and copper washers that come with the product. The stainless steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Be careful during installation to avoid kinking the lines. As for maintenance, the wipe - clean PVC finish makes it easy to keep the lines looking good. Just use a damp cloth to clean them. The lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and are DOT and TUV approved, but it's still a good idea to check them regularly for any signs of wear or damage.
