Enhance your bike's braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, giving you a much better feel and quicker response when you hit the brakes. Every AS3 Venhill brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. Unlike other brake lines, they come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every single time. Not only a performance boost, these brake lines also look great. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a huge visual upgrade compared to most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2008 - 2010 Kawasaki ZX10R (Non ABS) models. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, a wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets to keep the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown in the picture, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, and they come with bolts and copper washers as pictured. All parts are in stock and ready to be shipped right away. Custom colors and orders are available upon request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will match the models listed above.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When you're done, fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid and bleed it to remove any air bubbles. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of damage, like cuts or leaks. Keep the PVC finish clean by wiping it down with a soft, damp cloth. Store your bike in a dry place to prevent rusting of the stainless steel parts. If you notice any decrease in brake performance, have the brake line inspected by a professional.
