Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual upgrade from most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 2006 - 2007 Kawasaki ZX10R (Non ABS). Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully, noting how it's connected. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Once installed, bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles. For safety, always check the brake system before each ride. If you notice any leaks or reduced braking performance, stop using the bike and have it checked. To maintain your brake line, wipe it clean regularly with a soft cloth using the PVC finish's easy - clean feature. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the line.
