Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your bike is the 2004 - 2005 Kawasaki ZX10R (Non ABS) model. Remove the old brake line carefully. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line to the caliper and master cylinder. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and add the copper washers as shown in the pictures. When it comes to maintenance, wipe the lines clean regularly with a soft cloth because of the PVC finish. Check the lines for any signs of wear or damage every few months. If you notice any problems, replace the line right away. Keep in mind that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but don't subject them to extreme pressure beyond what's normal for your bike. And if you want a custom color, just make a request.
