Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines reduce hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. What sets them apart is the 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1997 - 2001 Kawasaki ZRX 1100, 2001 - 2003 Kawasaki ZRX 1200 R, and 2001 - 2003 Kawasaki ZRX 1200 S. The set - up is for racing, with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, and many more. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. When installing the new ones, use the bolts and copper washers that come with the set. Adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless steel swivel unions to get a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Check that the lines are held in place by the rubber grommets. After installation, test the brakes gently to ensure they're working properly. As for maintenance, regularly wipe the lines with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Inspect the lines for any signs of wear or damage, like cuts or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. Also, keep in mind that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but don't subject them to extreme pressure beyond what's normal for your bike. And if you want a custom color or have a special order, just make a request.
