Each line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines aren't just about performance. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual upgrade from most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2007 - 2009 Kawasaki Z 1000 models. Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line on your 2007 - 2009 Kawasaki Z 1000 and carefully remove it. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, adjusting the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Remember to use the provided bolts and copper washers. Before using your motorcycle, check that all connections are tight. As for maintenance, keep the PVC finish clean by wiping it regularly. Check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage every few months. If you notice any issues, such as leaks or cracks, replace the line immediately.
