Using your AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Identify the master cylinder and calipers on your 2007 - 2009 Kawasaki Z 1000. Connect the two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper, adjusting the banjo angle using the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and install the copper washers as shown in the photos. When riding, you'll notice an immediate improvement in brake feel and responsiveness. As for maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear or damage. The wipe - clean PVC finish makes it easy to keep them looking good. Just use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and grime.
