Description

Upgrade your braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. These lines are made from marine - grade stainless steel, which eliminates hose expansion and greatly enhances the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions allow you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they offer a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2003 - 2006 Kawasaki Z 1000 and come in a standard OEM setup. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, improved brake feel, and more. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, taking note of how they are installed. Then, install the new brake lines, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo with the stainless - steel swivel unions to ensure perfect alignment. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of wear or damage. You can clean the PVC finish with a soft cloth. If you notice any issues like leaks or a decrease in brake performance, stop using the bike and have the lines inspected. Also, keep in mind that while the parts are DOT and TUV approved, it's important to follow all local regulations regarding brake system upgrades.
