Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line on your Kawasaki KX 250 or KX 450 model. Carefully remove the old line, taking note of how it's connected. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line in the same way. Use the stainless - steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Before using your bike, check that all connections are tight. As for maintenance, keep the brake line clean. Wipe it down regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the marine - grade stainless steel or the DuPont PTFE hosing. If you notice any signs of wear or leakage, stop using the bike immediately and contact us for replacement. Remember, this brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and is DOT and TUV approved, but proper care will ensure it lasts as long as possible.
