Description

Enhance your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. The smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts make these brake lines a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. This product fits 1986 - 2002 Kawasaki KMX 125. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, DOT and TUV approval, and it comes with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. The provided photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will be suitable for the models mentioned.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is turned off and the brakes are cool. Remove the old brake lines carefully. Install the new brake lines, using the stainless - steel swivel unions to adjust the angle of the banjo for a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten the bolts and copper washers as shown in the pictures. When it comes to maintenance, you can wipe the lines clean with a damp cloth thanks to the PVC finish. Regularly check the lines for any signs of damage or wear, especially around the connections. If you notice any issues, replace the lines immediately. Also, keep in mind that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, so don't subject them to excessive pressure. And if you want a custom color, just put in a special order.
