Description

Upgrade your motorcycle's braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines reduce hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. These lines aren't just about performance. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they look far better than most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2008 - 2018 Kawasaki KLR 650 models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, and all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch. Custom colors and orders are available on request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you get will match the listed models.

Using this AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder carefully. Then, install the new brake line, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When you're done, bleed the brake system to remove any air. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cuts or leaks. You can easily clean the line with a damp cloth thanks to its wipe - clean PVC finish. If you notice any issues, replace the brake line right away. Also, remember to keep the brake fluid at the right level. Custom colors and orders are available on request, so feel free to ask if you have specific needs.
