Description

Upgrade your motorcycle's braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines not only offer a performance boost but also a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They have a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts. They fit 2008 - 2018 Kawasaki KLR 650 models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets for line positioning, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown in the pictures, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, DOT and TUV approval, bolts and copper washers included, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders available upon request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will match the models listed.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. When installing the new lines, use the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions to get a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Check for any leaks after installation. As for maintenance, regularly wipe the lines with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Inspect the lines for any signs of wear or damage, like cuts or cracks. If you notice any issues, replace the lines immediately. Store the motorcycle in a dry place to prevent rust on the stainless - steel parts. Also, if you have any custom color or order requests, just let us know and we'll do our best to fulfill them.
