Description

Upgrade your motorcycle's braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many others, AS3 Venhill brake lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, but with a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they offer a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 1987 - 1994 Kawasaki KLR 650 models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets for secure placement, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, DOT and TUV approval, and they come with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors or orders can be requested. The stock photos represent the correct parts for the listed models.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. Attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions to ensure a perfect fit. Once installed, check for any leaks and test the brakes gently before taking your motorcycle out on the road. As for maintenance, regularly wipe down the brake line with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Inspect the line for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or fraying. If you notice any issues, replace the line immediately. Keep in mind that while these brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and DOT and TUV approved, always follow the general safety guidelines for your motorcycle's braking system.
