Unlike other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. Fits 2007 - 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR (Non ABS model) and has a race setup (2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper). Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake lines from the master cylinder and caliper. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake lines, adjusting the banjo angle using the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Connect the lines to the master cylinder and caliper, and don't forget to use the included bolts and copper washers. Before using your bike, check for any leaks and make sure the brakes are working properly. For maintenance, wipe the lines clean with a soft cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good.
