Description

Enhance the look and performance of your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Each AS3 Venhill brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. Unlike most brake lines, they come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, these brake lines are a huge visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2007 - 2021 Honda CBR 600 RR models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to secure the lines, improved brake feel and responsiveness, and more. All parts are in stock and ready to ship immediately. Custom colors and orders are available upon request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line. Use the provided bolts and copper washers, and adjust the 303 stainless steel swivel unions to get the perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of damage, like cuts or leaks. Wipe it clean with a soft cloth using the smooth PVC finish. It's also a good idea to have your brakes checked by a professional periodically. If you notice any issues with the feel or performance of your brakes, stop using the bike and have it inspected right away. Keep in mind that custom colors and orders are available, but it might take a bit longer to get them.
