Enhance your braking system's appearance and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your entire braking system. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines aren't just a performance upgrade. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they are a significant visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2005 - 2006 Honda CBR 600 RR models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, a wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, DOT and TUV approval, bolts and copper washers as pictured, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and the option for custom colors/orders upon request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will fit the models above.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is on a stable surface and turned off. Then, carefully remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. Take your new AS3 Venhill brake line and use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Connect it to the caliper and master cylinder, and tighten the bolts with the included copper washers. Once installed, check for any leaks. Remember, these brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but it's always a good idea to do a short test ride in a safe area to make sure everything is working properly. For maintenance, simply wipe the PVC finish clean with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they might damage the finish. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the brake line immediately to keep your braking system in top shape.
