Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line on your 2003 - 2004 Honda CBR 600 RR and carefully remove it. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo with the stainless - steel swivel unions to get a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Once installed, check for any leaks and make sure the brake system is functioning properly. For maintenance, regularly wipe the PVC finish clean to keep it looking good.
