Description

Enhance your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, enabling you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they offer a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. This brake line fits 2003 - 2004 Honda CBR 600 RR. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, and all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch. Custom colors and orders are available on request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line from your 2003 - 2004 Honda CBR 600 RR. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. You can adjust the banjo angle with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When it comes to maintenance, wipe the PVC finish regularly to keep it looking good. Check the line for any signs of damage, like cuts or leaks, every few rides. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Also, follow the standard brake maintenance schedule for your bike, like bleeding the brakes as recommended. Remember, the line is DOT and TUV approved, so it's a reliable addition to your bike's braking system. And if you have a custom color in mind, just let us know!
