Description

Enhance your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual upgrade from most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 2005 - 2010 Honda CBR 125 R. They feature braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, and rubber grommets to keep the lines in place. They come with bolts and copper washers as shown in the pictures. All parts are in stock and ready to ship. Custom colors and orders are available on request. The photos are stock, but the parts you receive will fit the models listed.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your vehicle is turned off and the parking brake is engaged. Locate the caliper and master cylinder on your 2005 - 2010 Honda CBR 125 R. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Attach the brake line to the caliper and master cylinder using the provided bolts and copper washers. When you're done, double - check all connections to ensure they're tight. As for maintenance, keep the brake line clean. You can wipe it down with a clean cloth thanks to the PVC finish. Periodically check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the brake line right away. When it comes to storage, keep the brake line in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposing it to extreme heat or chemicals, as this can damage the DuPont PTFE hosing.
