Enhance your braking system's look and feel with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your entire braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, they come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance upgrade, the AS3 Venhill brake lines feature a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, offering a significant visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2005 - 2010 Honda CBR 125 R, with a standard OEM setup. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, a wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, bolts and copper washers included, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders available on request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will fit the models listed.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully, taking note of how it's connected to the caliper and master cylinder. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line using the provided bolts and copper washers. You can adjust the angle of the banjo with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Once installed, check for any leaks and make sure the line is secure. As for maintenance, regularly wipe the line with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Check the connections and bolts periodically to ensure they're tight. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the line immediately. Also, be aware that custom colors are available, but it might take a bit longer to get them as they're made on request. And remember, the parts are in stock and ready to go, so you can get your bike up and running quickly.
