Upgrade your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, but with a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they offer a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2002 - 2007 Honda CB 900 Hornet and are set up in a race configuration (2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper). Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, a wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, DOT and TUV approval, and they come with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will match the models listed.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, taking note of how they're connected to the master cylinder and calipers. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake lines. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten the bolts and add the copper washers as shown in the photos. After installation, check for any leaks. If there are no leaks, you're good to go. When it comes to maintenance, regularly wipe the lines with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking great. Inspect the lines for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or fraying. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. And remember, these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but always follow the normal safety procedures when using your bike's brakes.
