Unlike many other brake lines, they come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 1998 - 2003 Honda CB 500 and CB 500 S with Brembo Calipers. Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is on a stable stand. Locate the existing rear brake line and carefully remove it. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line in its place, using the included bolts and copper washers. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the angle of the banjo for a perfect fit. Before you start riding, check for any leaks and ensure all connections are tight. As for maintenance, keep the brake line clean by wiping it with a soft cloth. The wipe - clean PVC finish makes this easy. Regularly inspect the line for any signs of wear or damage, such as cuts or fraying. If you notice any issues, replace the line immediately.
