Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and feel with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, the AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This lets you fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, but they also offer a big visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They have a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts. These brake lines fit 1993 - 1997 Honda CB 500 and are set up as standard OEM. Key features include braiding from marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, a wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, bolts and copper washers as pictured, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and the option for custom colors/orders on request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you get will match the listed models.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake lines from the caliper and master cylinder. When installing the new lines, use the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions to get the perfect fit. Once installed, check for any leaks and make sure the lines are held in place by the rubber grommets. As for maintenance, regularly wipe down the lines with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Check the bolts and connections occasionally to ensure they are tight. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the lines right away. Remember, these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet high standards, so you can rely on them for a long time. And if you have any special color or order requests, just ask!
