This feature allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. They are a perfect fit for 1999 - 2003 BMW F 650 GS (Non ABS). The lines are braided from marine - grade stainless steel and have DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing. They improve brake feel and responsiveness, come with chrome banjos and stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Each line includes 4 copper washers as shown in the picture. They are DOT and TUV approved, come with a 12 - month warranty, and all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch. Custom colors and lengths are available upon request. The photos are stock photos, but the part you receive will match the models listed above.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line on your 1999 - 2003 BMW F 650 GS (Non ABS). Carefully remove the old line, taking note of how it's connected to the caliper and master cylinder. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten all connections properly, but don't over - tighten to avoid damage. After installation, check for any leaks. When it comes to maintenance, keep an eye on the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Also, make sure to change your brake fluid regularly as recommended by your motorcycle's manual. This will help keep your braking system in top condition. And remember, if you have any questions or need custom colors or lengths, just reach out to us. Enjoy a safer and more responsive ride with your new brake line.
